Fuel cell bus rollout...
HCATT rolls out the first fuel cell powered vehicle developed in the State. This 30-foot shuttle bus began service at Hickam Air Force Base. This is the first fuel cell powered vehicle to go into operation in the Air Force. Read the full story on HiTechHawaii.com.

HEVDP gets a new name...
To reflect the broadened scope of its vehicle and infrastructure program, the High Technology Development Corporation selected "Hawaii Center for Advanced Transportation Technologies" as the new name for the former Hawaii Electric Vehicle Demonstration Project.

Hyundai Extends Electric Vehicle Testing Program Through 2005...
