Ricardo S. Galindez concentrates his practice in the

and marketing industry. Ms. Hiraoka received her J.D. cum laude from
the William S. Richardson School of Law, where she received the CALI

Law Offices of Jack R. Naiditch, Inc.
Jack Naiditch is a sole practitioner in
private law practice in Paia, Maui and serves as
a per diem judge for the District Family Court
of the Second Circuit (Maui). Naiditch specializes
in real estate, intellectual property, corporate
and commercial transactions and related litigation.
He was formerly a partner in the Honolulu/Maui
law firm, Jaress & Rafetto. Naiditch was a
general partner and vice president of research
in two New York-based investment companies engaged
in risk arbitrage and leveraged buyouts. He also

in a London-based investment banking firm specializing

Darryl M. Taira, AAL, ALC
Darryl M. Taira is an attorney and accountant with over 20
years legal experience in business, tax, real estate and
estate planning. Prior to becoming an attorney, he had practiced
in two international accounting firms in audit and tax services.
He represents start-up businesses as well as large multinational
corporations, from areas of choice of entity, formation,
employment, licenses, contracts, and business planning to
corporate succession planning and ultimate sale. He also
has assisted in the formation of high technology businesses
and in completing and filing their applications to obtain
certain State of Hawaii tax credits under Act 221. He is
a frequent lecturer to various professional trade groups
and other organization on all aspects of business, tax, real
estate and estate planning.
