In addition to being admitted to practice law in Hawaii, Seth is admitted to the California bar, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court, and is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He has taught intellectual property law at Richardson Law School, and served on the boards of the Hawaii Board of Bar Examiners, the Hawaii Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the Hawaii State Bar Association's Intellectual Property and Technology Section, a section Mr. Reiss co-founded and currently serves as its chairperson. Mr. Reiss also serves on the World Intellectual Property Organization's Panel of Domain Name Dispute Arbitrators.
