   Hawaii SBIR Successes

Since HTDC began supporting SBIR in 1989, 49 Hawaii companies have won over 200 SBIR awards and have brought in approximately $42 million in federal SBIR funds to the State, plus millions of dollars in Phase III investments. According to the USDA, Hawaii companies have won the highest number of USDA SBIR awards than any other state, per capita.
