As a community service, the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law is offering FREE sessions (up to 30 minutes each) to help assist you. Leeward CC students, and the general public, are invited to discuss basic questions relating to: choice of entity, formation and governance of limited liability companies and corporations, protection of names and trademarks and other related topics.
