The INNOVATE Hawaii (HTDC) Food Safety Program is a combination of webinars, workshops, and consulting sessions designed to assist local food manufacturers prepare for third-party and regulatory food safety audits. The program will:

• Assist local manufacturers in assessing their current food safety program
• Impart generally accepted practices as well as good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Provide customized assistance to address gaps discovered in food safety programs

• Common Elements of GFSI schemes
• Development Requirements
  • SOPs, Training, Performance Records, Corrective Actions, Internal Audit, Management Review, etc.
• Getting ready for GFSI certification or Global Markets Program Assessments
