The Navy has established the Hawaii Tech Bridge to leverage Hawaii’s innovation ecosystem to solve Navy and Marine Corps challenges. The Hawaii Tech Bridge offers a “bridge” for collaboration between the Department of Defense (DOD), State of Hawaii, private industry, non-profits, and academia. It is part of a network of regional Tech Bridge nodes distributed throughout the country and beyond, leveraging agile authorities and initiatives to “Get capabilities to the Fleet faster.”

|This weeklong event included the Pacific Operational Science & Technology (POST) Conference at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki. The Tech Bridge directors from all over, including Japan, came together to share best practices, build relationships, and develop strategy for continuing the mission to accelerate delivery of dual use solutions to the warfighter.
