The Entrepreneurs Sandbox is a community and collaboration center for innovators of all ages. It encourages creativity, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship, and hosts a variety of business educational programs, networking events, and activities. The facility is approximately 13,500 square feet and features:

  • Flexible collaboration and event space: ideal for town hall meetings, presentations, info sessions, panel discussions, business showcases, mid-size conferences and networking events.
  • Digital media studio
  • Production facilities
  • Coworking opportunities
  • Limited number of private offices
  • Meeting and training rooms

Private Office Space, 2nd Floor

The Sandbox is currently accepting applications for private office space. Details are below. HTDC manages all private office spaces on the 2nd floor.

Office Rental Information

Tech/innovation, startups and companies (service providers) that can offer support to clients of the Sandbox.

  • Nine (9) offices, estimated at 200 sq ft each.
  • Companies selected may only rent one (1) office. Exemptions may be made. 
  • Qualified Startup – Starting at $900/month.
  • Qualified Service Providers – Starting at $1,200/month.
  • Market Rate – $1,600/month.

  • 24 hour access to office.
  • * Furnished office – (three desks, three chairs).
  • * Eight (8) hours of conference room time per month (in any of the 3 conference rooms). Hours exceed to be charged an hourly fee at the member rate.
  • Internet access.
  • Weekday cleaning service.
  • Access to 2nd floor break room/kitchen.
  • Use event space (collaboration and cowork area) – to be provided at a member rate.
  • General hours of operation for Sandbox: Monday – Friday, 9am-4:30pm with on-site support.
  • A/C hours will be aligned with general hours of operation.
  • General mail service with mailbox assigned.
  • Unreserved parking in Sandbox lot. Reserved parking can be made available for a monthly fee.
