The Maui Research & Technology Center (MRTC) is a technology-based business facility that draws entrepreneurs from all over the island. The facility is home to businesses that range from tech start-ups to mature R&D companies. MRTC also hosts a variety of SBA business support programs, UH, and now serves as FEMA’s main headquarters for disaster recovery efforts.

MRTC’s coworking program is called Cohana. Cohana provides shared working space on the 1st floor and high speed internet to members at a reasonable cost.
