The Hawaii Technology Development Corporation (HTDC) seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead and manage all financial, accounting, budgetary, and administrative operations for the agency. This role oversees financial reporting, compliance, audits, procurement review, budgeting, and fiscal policy development while supporting HTDC’s mission to grow Hawaii’s technology industry. The CFO directs accounting systems, ensures adherence to state and federal requirements, manages complex budgets including a rolling five‑year strategic financial plan, and provides high‑level guidance to program managers and staff. The position operates with wide discretion under broad policy guidelines and plays a critical leadership role in optimizing resources, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring transparent, accurate financial management across the organization.
