By HTDC.org Hawaii February 6, 2018

HCATT manages the first renewable hydrogen station on a military base at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. The station can store up to 370 kg of compressed hydrogen at pressures up to 10,000 pounds per square inch (psi). The hydrogen station is connected to the adjacent 146kW solar array and can produce up to 65kg of hydrogen per day. The station provides hydrogen fuel for the vehicle demonstration projects with the Air Force Research Laboratory and the Hawaii Air National Guard. For more info, visit the HCATT Projects page.
