The Hawaii Technology Development Corporation (HTDC) is dedicated to helping technology companies, small businesses and entrepreneurs. As a community service, HTDC in partnership with the Business Law Corps will offer FREE business law information to all small businesses.

The attorneys are experienced corporate lawyers, and can help you with questions related to: choice of entity, governance, for-profit corporations, LLCs and partnerships. If topics are outside of these disciplines, the BLC may not be able to fully assist, but will provide you with the best guidance (to their knowledge) and refer you to other resources.
