The U.S. DOT Small Business Transportation Resource Center – Southwest Region, in partnership with the Hawaii Department of Transportation, presents the 2019 Summer Initiative: Access to Capital and Debt Financing Program. Attendees will learn about what types of financing are appropriate for their needs, what lenders look for from potential borrowers and alternatives to traditional bank loans.
