Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Overview

Event Details

The INNOVATE Hawaii (HTDC) Food Safety Program is a combination of webinars, workshops, and consulting sessions designed to assist local food manufacturers prepare for third-party and regulatory food safety audits. The program will:
  • Assist local manufacturers in assessing their current food safety program
  • Impart generally accepted practices as well as good manufacturing practices (GMP)
  • Provide customized assistance to address gaps discovered in food safety programs

  • Review of hazards and how to identify hazards in your facility
  • Getting started –steps to take in your facility
  • Types of HACCP training certificates
