Hawaii manufacturers have access to national manufacturing programs, technical assistance, and operational assistance through HTDC’s INNOVATE Hawaii program.  INNOVATE Hawaii has access to a national network of Manufacturing Extension Partnership Centers to provide the latest techniques to keep companies globally competitive.  The INNOVATE team works with all sizes and types of manufacturers – No project is too small or too large.  Become a premier client and have ongoing access to the program advisors.

Starting a company can be daunting.  There are many legal questions that come up relating corporate law, human resources, intellectual property, investment.  HTDC legal clinic can help.

The Hawaii Technology Development Corporation (HTDC) is dedicated to helping technology companies, small businesses and entrepreneurs. As a community service, HTDC in partnership with the Business Law Corps will offer FREE business law information to all small businesses.

The attorneys are experienced corporate lawyers, and can help you with questions related to: choice of entity, governance, for-profit corporations, LLCs and partnerships. If topics are outside of these disciplines, the BLC may not be able to fully assist, but will provide you with the best guidance (to their knowledge) and refer you to other resources.
